Before you begin
Use your own account. Keep a password manager and any recovery information somewhere only you can access.
Step by step
- Open My account and check your email and profile details.
- In Security, set up a second factor when required or recommended. Follow the on-screen instructions and keep recovery codes somewhere safe.
- Use your own account rather than sharing a password. Ask an administrator to invite other people with the access they need.
- Check the active workspace name before changing work. Sign out when you finish on a shared device.

Your security settings help protect your account. Keep your recovery information somewhere you can reach without relying on the device you use to sign in.
