TASK IQ USER GUIDE

Complete a task

Record the result so everyone knows what was done.

Completion form with a Work performed description and Complete work action.
Example workspace · Describe the actual result before choosing Complete work. Finish any required procedure first.

Before you begin

Open the work assigned to you. Finish the procedure and keep a short description of the actual result ready before completing the order.

Step by step

  1. Open your work order. Check the Procedure and finish any required answers or steps.
  2. Review your notes, time and parts. Make sure the record explains the work you actually performed.
  3. Choose Complete, or Submit for review when this work needs approval.
  4. Describe the Work performed and any other required information. Choose Complete work, or Submit for review, to confirm.
  5. Check the new status. Completed means the result is recorded; Awaiting approval means a reviewer still needs to check it.

What happens next

The work order now shows the saved outcome and its current status. Your team can read what you did and see whether any review is still needed.

Need a hand?

If completion is refused, keep your entries and read the message for the missing step. If the result needs correction later, an authorized person can reopen the work. Its earlier completion stays in the history.
