Working towards access for everyone
Quantum Strategies Inc., Saskatoon, Saskatchewan, Canada, led by product owner Adeel Salman, is responsible for Task IQ. We aim to make its website, help and everyday work controls clear and usable with different devices and ways of interacting. We use accessible design practices and test important journeys. This statement is not a certification or a claim that every screen or exported document meets every accessibility standard.
Using your keyboard
Use Tab to move forward and Shift+Tab to move back. The first Skip to content link moves past site navigation. Focus is visible so you can tell which control will respond. Use Enter or Space to activate the focused control. The product demonstration's tabs also support arrow keys, Home and End.
On a narrow screen, open Menu to reach navigation. Escape closes the menu and returns focus to its button. Headings and labels help you identify a page or form. An error message explains what needs attention; required inputs are labelled. Help articles use numbered steps and descriptions for their interface images.
Reading and motion
Use your browser's zoom controls to enlarge content. Pages reflow for narrow screens; some work tables need horizontal scrolling to preserve their relationships. Light and dark display choices support different reading preferences. Your device's reduced-motion setting turns off decorative transitions; essential content does not depend on animation.
The interactive product examples are illustrations and do not change your organization's work. You can read their content without autoplay or a timed carousel.
Documents and organization content
Organizations create their own forms, attachments, procedures and report content. Those materials, and some downloaded file formats, may have accessibility limitations. An image of a screen is supplementary: the accompanying guide provides written steps. If a document, table or action is difficult to use, ask your administrator or contact us for help finding an accessible way to obtain the information or complete the task.
We consider barriers in both the public site and signed-in service. A successful check on one page does not establish that every workflow or third-party integration is accessible.
Tell us about a barrier
Email accessibility@quantumstrategies.ca or use Contact Task IQ, choose Question and begin “Accessibility”. The form is available without signing in. Tell us the page or task, what was difficult and a way to reply. Your device, browser or assistive technology can help us reproduce the problem, but do not send passwords, sign-in links or private work records. If the form itself is the barrier, email the accessibility address above or ask your organization's administrator to use Support on your behalf.
Tell us the format or assistance you need. We will consider the barrier, discuss a practical alternative and use the feedback to improve the service. This statement will be updated as the service and our accessibility work change.
