Administrators choose roles and departments for their team. People see and change work according to the access they have, including when downloading reports.
Protect your sign-in
Use your own account, a strong password and a second factor when required. Recovery follows your account’s security settings. Never share a password or recovery link.
Keep the record with the work
Changes, decisions and completed work keep their history. Ask your administrator about your organization’s information-handling and backup arrangements.
