Before you begin
Sign in to the organization you want to check. Notifications belong to that workspace and link back to the related work.
Step by step
- Open Inbox to see the in-app updates available to your account.
- Open an item to read it and follow its link when one is offered. The linked work still follows your access.
- Use My account to review notification preferences where they are available.
- For a problem you cannot resolve, open Help. Read the relevant topic or use the support option offered to your workspace.
What happens next
You have checked the update or sent a useful support enquiry. Keep the conversation connected to the affected work where possible.
Need a hand?
Include what you were trying to do, the page and any reference shown with an error. Do not include passwords, invitation links or private details that are unrelated to the issue. Contact Task IQ if you cannot get into the workspace.
