TASK IQ USER GUIDE

Understand Ariel assistance

Know when assistance is available and stay in control.

Before you begin

Availability is decided by your organization. Before sharing work information with assistance, ask who can use it and which information is appropriate to include.

Open Ariel from your workspace when your administrator has enabled it. Check what information you want help with before sending a request.

Step by step

  1. Check whether your organization offers Ariel. Ask your administrator if you cannot find it in your workspace.
  2. When your administrator makes assistance available, read the information about what it can do before submitting work information.
  3. Review any suggested change carefully. Use the approval action offered before a proposal changes real work.

What happens next

You know where to ask about availability. This guide does not enable assistance or give a tool permission to change work. Continue using the ordinary work controls when assistance is unavailable.

Need a hand?

You can keep working without Ariel. Ask your administrator about availability, allowed information and spending limits. Never paste passwords or verification links into an assistant.
